Your diet is probably the best way to loose weight and to reduce fat. There are no shortcuts or tricks to make you loose weight, it will not happen over night. The truth about it is that it will take some time and you will have to be persistent and committed and sometimes very strict on yourself. Here are some ways you should alter your diet to lose weight quickly.

Have a low-carb diet. If you want to lose weight you should start by avoiding sugar and starch (like bread). If you do this for a certain period of time I assure you, you will notice changes in your body and weight.

Eat when you are hungry. Don't be hungry. In saying this you should not be starving yourself and depriving yourself of food. If you feel hungry but you don't desire any food you are most likely dehydrated and need to drink.

Eat well. Meaning eat good, healthy food. Not fast foods and processed things with added sugars. A good way to stay away from those types of foods is to cook your own meals so youknow exactly what you are eating. Also remember to eat lots of vegetables and vary your meals so you don't get bored of them quickly which will help you stay committed.

Be persistent and determined, don't over eat and avoid drinking (especially beer).
